This Turn-based RPG has 7 different elements, each character has one, which also is a determined based on that of their personality, which furthermore determines their hair colour
The elements are (going clockwise from the top then going to the middle)
Kaio (fire) - anger, Edafos (earth) - confidence/dedication,
Vronti (electricity) - excitement, Fysi (life/nature) - tranquility/calmness
Limni (water) - sadness, Aeraki (wind) - curiosity,
Pneuma (soul) - empathy/justice
All of which have Greek names inspired by some aspect relating to their element. the 7 elements total were inspired by Isaac newton's discovery of white light containing 6 visible colours, which he at first separated into 7 due to his fascination with the number, those colours being, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet (ROYGBIV)
Depending on the element of each character, their user interface would change to reflect it
Character related Icons
it is inspired by a lily, Astra as a character is inspired by tragedy theatre, thus in her life she experiences lots of loss, the lily is related to death and is a flower often used at funerals
it is inspired by a sunflower, and Ziran's weapon (the axeblade), the dotted eyes and curved hole in the icon is meant to resemble a smile reflecting Ziran's inspiration from Comedy theatre.
it is inspired by a Hydrangea. it is also the only symmetrical icon of the 4 in the group as it is meant to show the pressure Rebecca feels to be perfect, or her feeling of always needing to be more than she is
it is inspired by a peach melba rose, it contrasts with Rebecca's emblem through it's imperfections, while Rebecca has internal struggles with her being good enough, she has a very positive social life, the opposite is true for Esra, she has many social struggles, and has had some very troubling social experiences, but is content with who she is
Pokémon / Fakemon iconography
The colours of the logo are inspired by topaz crystals, the lightning iconography is meant to be representative of Dondaka, being the primary legendary this game revolves around
The colours of the logo are inspired by topaz crystals, the lightning iconography is meant to be representative of Sotorum, being the primary legendary this game revolves around
this version was made as a 3rd version for the other 2 games, like Pokémon emerald to the Hoenn region's Pokémon ruby and sapphire. The story of this game would be more centralized around the 3rd of the trio (Irazenbris) and multiple elements of the story would change greatly
The Nova Crystal in the lore of the hypothetical games is a mutation of diamond and gold in the presence of 'celestal' energy. it is also used frequently in "nova drives" (pieces of technology) allowing the people to harness that same 'celestal' energy
Most Pokémon games contain an "evil team" of sorts that act as the antagonists of the game, these hypothetical games would have Team Ibis, their leader being mind-controlled by Irazenbris to follow it's command, the group as a whole intends to whittle down the legendaries, and prevent them from assisting in the resistance of irazenbris when it returns to the world
Cover art
In year 10 I chose to create a cover art for a hypothetical videogame, this was the final result of that choice.
The story of this game would revolve around the main character gaining magical powers within their sword on a journey to force the 'god' of the world to turn their brother back into a person after he was turned into a slime.
The outline of the logo is highly angular and the notch in the top is taken from the design of the main character's sword
the swirling portions around the title are coloured like the lightning in the game, and can also be put together like puzzlepieces to make an item in the game that would be used frequently.
a big portion of the game would be using the magic sword to call down lightning from the storm to teleport around by riding the lightning
